LIABILITY INSURANCE:  Each exhibitor is responsible for their own insurance.  The River Days Committee

will not be responsible for exhibitor's merchandise or personal property. The undersigned hereby and forever

discharges the River Days Committee of and from all matter of action, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever

arising from any loss or damage to the person or property of the signed while in the possession of and under the

supervision of the River Days Committee. 

Taxes: Exhibitors are solely responsible for terms and conditions of their own sales. Kentucky State Sales tax is 6%.

Exhibitors are responsible for collection and payment of this tax.
